My Precious Royal Princesses--January 2010

We are proud to announce that the first three Royal Princesses have been selected, namely Aija Winterwolf andLiliya Avedon (In alphabetical order).


Their pictures will be displayed in the store and on our queen blog. They will be awarded the 'MP Royal Princess" and cash prizes, gift cards from Agnes Finney, Alienbear Design, Entre Mares, Amacci, Talcon Faire and Chade Vilota. An interview feature in AVENUE magazine in the coming issue worth of at least 7500L c) will be given as well. They will be joining the semi final held in June. (Details will be announced later)

Liliya Avedon


I live in Maryland in the US. I mainly concentrate myself on my modeling career, taking part in many photo shoots and various runway shows. The most important thing I enjoy doing though in SL is spending time with my partner, Balthier McMillan, whom I love dearly and who has supported me in the good times and bad.

My love for fashion and for my partner keeps me in second life. I can't get enough of the both of them! I would like to learn to be more organized. I also know that there is always something new to learn when it comes to modeling, so I am always open to tips, tricks and more schooling when I have the time.

I have a serious addiction to shopping. My favorite colors are also white and red and my favorite food is Japanese Habatchi. I used to also roleplay as an elf in my early days of SL.
I feel absolutely thrilled and honored to be given the title of a princess. I felt confident that I might make the cut, but I had wondered if my look and style would be suitable for being a princess, possibly a queen. Now I know I am doing something right! I love the pictures I had taken for the contest and I am thankful to be chosen as a princess. Thank you so much.


Aija Winterwolf

I live in the USA, in the Eastern time zone (Ohio). I work as a DJ here at a handful of clubs. My friends, are the reason I stay in SL, I would go crazy without them. I would love to learn to make clothes or skins. That I don't bite, and I love meeting new people. Don't be afraid to IM me and say hi. I had a squeefit that lasted a good ten minutes.

Janina Scarmon--My Precious Queen 2010

Hi, I am Janina Scarmon, and I am My Precious Queen 2010. I am a top model, volunteer mentor for SL RFL and a participant in the Guiding Lights mentor program for the SL Wellness Island. I enjoy spending time with my friends shopping and exploring all the wonderful places here in SL. In real life, I am originally from the USA not too far from the RL offices of Second Life. Second LIfe is a place where I can use my creativity to create, as well as meet people from all over the world. Many of my friends are from countries like Japan, India, and England. I look at Second Life as a global community where all that space between us so much smaller. I love knowing that I can be in the same room with someone who is thousands of miles away and have a conversation with them like I am sitting right next to them in RL.

My favorite things to do in RL are reading, listening and dancing to music, and helping to support causes like RFL. I have a Bachelors Degree in Science with a minor in Dance. I also love to shop and watch the shows like Project Runway where very creative people get a chance to display their talent for the opportunity to become a real life designer. They really come up with some creative stuff.

Being chosen queen has been one of the most spectacular parts of my Second Life because it gives me the chance to be a positive role model to all the women in Second Life. As a newbie, I used to wander into Agnes's shop and look at all her lovely gowns thinking of how wearing one would make me feel like a princess. Last year, I decided to enter Agnes's monthly Princess Contest, and was so happy to get that chance to be My Precious July Princess. I was such a special honor to be chosen and Venus, the dress I was photographed in, is one of my favorite dresses. I was so surprised and thrilled in January when I was chosen from among all the beautiful and experienced models that I competed with in the contest. All of them are MP Queens in my book. Now I represent one of the most prestigious fashion houses, as well as one of the most creative designers in Second Life. I hope that I can do my very best to show all the women who come to shop and to see Agnes's fashion shows how they too can look and feel like a queen in one of her exceptional creations.

My Precious Queen 2010 Contest

Stepping into 2010, we continue looking for beautiful, fun-loving and supportive ladies representing My Precious. There are updated rules this year. Please visit our mainstore for updated notecards.

Each month, three ladies are selected as MP Royal Princesses. MP Royal Princesses selected from January to June will have to join a semi-final. Six finalists will be picked and they will be joining the final in early January 2010. Another semi-final for MP Royal Princesses from July to December will be held by end of December. So altogether, the best 12 ladies will join the finale in 2011 competing for the title of MP Queen and all the prizes.

Announcement--MP Queen 2009-Janina Scarmon

What a long awaited day---My Precious Queen 2009 Finale. We started our princess selection since April. Nine months passed and we gathered today to select our honorable represetative of the store--My Precious Queen. After a long discussion with our sponsors, Alienbear Gupte, Mui Mukerji, Rusch Raymaker, Jesika from AVENUE, we have come up with the decision: Janina Scarman to be our winner. She will reign over 2010 til December.

She has been awarded the Queen tag, 20, 000L cash prize, 5000L Gift cards, Queen jewelry from Alienbear Design, a cover and interview feature in AVENUE. Amacci and Entre Mares will be sponsoring special gifts too.
